Your role

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our enterprise network infrastructure. You will work with advanced switching and wireless technologies - primarily Cisco and Arista - to ensure secure, reliable, and high‑performance connectivity across the organization. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical issues, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support a 24/7 operational environment.

Your tasks

  • Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and wireless solutions.

  • Implement and troubleshoot Cisco NAC solutions such as Cisco ISE (Authentication, Profiling, Posturing).

  • Manage and maintain various network and security platforms including:

    • Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Fortigate NGFW

    • Cisco Nexus, Cisco ISR, Cisco Catalyst 4500/6500

    • Juniper, Arista, Aruba

  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, PBR, route filtering, redistribution, summarization, prefix‑lists, and static routing.

  • Work with switching technologies: VPC, MLAG, VLANs, trunking, VTP, STP, MST, EtherChannels.

  • Perform advanced network & security troubleshooting including packet capture and analysis.

  • Support and enhance SDWAN and DNAC environments; contribute to automation initiatives using Python and Ansible.

  • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

  • Participate in a 24x7x365 support model, including rotational shifts and on‑call responsibilities.

Your profile

  • Strong expertise in Switching and Wireless technologies, preferably with Cisco and Arista.

  • Solid hands‑on experience with enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.

  • Proven experience with Cisco ISE and network access control.

  • Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols and architectures.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills including packet-level diagnostics.

  • Knowledge of SDWAN, Cisco DNAC, Python, and Ansible is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer‑focused mindset.

  • Ability and willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent practical experience).
