Your role
As a Senior Lead Engineer for Neo Enterprise at Capgemini, this role is responsible for driving the technical delivery of AI-powered capabilities across frontend, backend, and integration layers. It combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring complex business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. Your tasks
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, user-centric frontend solutions using React
Architect and build high-performance backend services with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks
Develop and integrate Python-based AI/LLM solutions, including orchestration flows, RAG pipelines and model interaction logic
Connect frontend, backend and AI capabilities into end-to-end product flows across APIs, data sources and cloud services
Translate business requirements and user journeys into robust technical solutions
Evolve AI capabilities, including prompt orchestration, retrieval flows, context handling and response quality

Strong experience with React and modern frontend development
Solid backend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and related frameworks
