Your role

As a Senior Lead Engineer for Neo Enterprise at Capgemini, this role is responsible for driving the technical delivery of AI-powered capabilities across frontend, backend, and integration layers. It combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring complex business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. The position plays a key role in shaping Neo’s enterprise AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end product experiences.

Your tasks

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, user-centric frontend solutions using React

  • Architect and build high-performance backend services with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks

  • Develop and integrate Python-based AI/LLM solutions, including orchestration flows, RAG pipelines and model interaction logic

  • Connect frontend, backend and AI capabilities into end-to-end product flows across APIs, data sources and cloud services

  • Translate business requirements and user journeys into robust technical solutions

  • Evolve AI capabilities, including prompt orchestration, retrieval flows, context handling and response quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable integration patterns

  • Drive technical problem-solving and maintain high engineering standards across quality, performance and production readiness

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in software engineering within AI/ML, LLM or platform environments

  • Advanced Python expertise, particularly in AI/LLM use cases such as orchestration, data processing and model integration

  • Strong experience with React and modern frontend development

  • Solid backend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and related frameworks

  • Good understanding of LLM-based architectures, including RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and evaluation

  • Experience building APIs, microservices and integrated systems across frontend, backend and AI layersFamiliarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), secure enterprise delivery practices and modern development workflows, combined with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
