Project Description

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)

  • Design and configure Jira workflows, schemes, and integrations

  • Create and manage Jira projects, dashboards, filters, and queries

  • Collaborate with engineering and program management teams

  • Evaluate, install, and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps

  • Manage users, permissions, and governance

  • Lead system upgrades, migrations, and consolidation initiatives

  • Document systems, configurations, and processes

  • Implement automations to improve team efficiency

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

  • Experience administering Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem

  • Understanding of Jira APIs, automation, and integrations

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Experience troubleshooting system performance, workflows, and plugins

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience configuring Jira automation with tools such as GitHub, GCP, CI/CD

Preferred

  • Experience building advanced dashboards and reports

  • Knowledge of cloud and web technologies

  • Curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
