About the Client

Our client is a leading company in the debt management and financial services sector, operating across multiple international markets. You will join a strategic transformation program focused on process optimization, technology initiatives, and improving collaboration across business areas, IT teams, and global markets.

What you will do

• Lead complex transformation initiatives within a multi-market program, ensuring alignment between business, IT teams, international units, and program governance structures
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, roadmap creation, milestones tracking, dependencies, risks, budget, and quality monitoring
• Work closely with business process owners to analyze needs, structure requirements, prioritize initiatives, and support decision-making
• Coordinate cooperation between multiple stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and consistent information flow across markets and teams
• Prepare project reports, KPI dashboards, analyses, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, status updates, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums
• Maintain project governance using Jira and tracking tools, ensuring visibility of progress, blockers, dependencies, and delivery status

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT transformation, business applications, or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle: goal definition, requirements analysis, roadmap creation, delivery, implementation, and optimization
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cooperation with technical teams
• Experience in risk management, change management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across business, IT, management, and international teams
• Practical experience with Jira (creating tasks, reporting, dashboards, tracking progress and project metrics)
• Ability to combine areas of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management
• Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
