The Role
We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Deskside Support Engineer to take ownership of end-user computing across our European offices. You will be a go-to technical expert supporting 400+ employees across the UK, Germany and Poland — someone who doesn't just resolve tickets, but proactively improves our IT environment, mentors junior team members, and drives automation and tooling improvements.
This is not an entry-level role. We expect strong hands-on experience with our core toolstack and the confidence to lead technical decisions independently.
What You'll Be Working On
Advanced Endpoint Management
Own macOS fleet management via Addigy, including policy creation, patch management, and automated deployments
Administer Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune — configuration profiles, compliance policies, and Autopilot provisioning
Maintain and optimise device lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
Google Workspace Administration
Manage Google Workspace at the admin level: user provisioning, group policies, Drive security, Gmail routing, and Vault
Troubleshoot complex Workspace issues and implement security best practices
Cloud-based RMM platform
Administer Datto RMM platform to manage all Windows endpoints
ITSM & Ticketing
Manage and optimise Freshservice — workflows, automation rules, SLA configuration, and reporting
Collaborate with development and product teams via Jira, handling cross-functional IT requests and infrastructure projects
User Support & Escalation
Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues beyond junior team scope
Provide remote and on-site support for software, hardware, networking, and AV systems
Support in user onboarding sessions and produce clear technical documentation
Security & Compliance
