THE WORK:

Support ServiceNow configuration and development (e.g., ITSM, HRSD)
Assist with workflows, catalog items, and automation (Flow Designer)
Participate in incident and service request handling
Support testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile delivery
Assist in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement

Qualification

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Active student status, availability to work min. 30h/week
Basic programming knowledge (preferably JavaScript)
Interest in cloud platforms and digital workflows
Good English communication skills
Proactive and willing to learn
