Building the best-in-the-world objects manipulation system with cross-functional R&D team (Hardware, Software & AI)
Inventing and implementing strategies for using new robotic grippers, handling previously unpickable items
Improving adaptability, scalability & reliability of robotic platform
Using data to build heuristics for handling different categories of items
Detecting anomalies, e.g. using a combination of signals to determine if a robot picked more than one item at once or if one item is disassembling
What skills we'd like you to have:
3+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience in robotics (manipulators, AGV’s, UAV’s, sensors)
Great problem solving and proficiency in one of modern programing languages (we use Python)
Experience in designing systems spanning software and hardware components
Great understanding of physics principles related to objects manipulation
Wide range of mechatronics knowledge, from mechanical design principles to AI image processing
Fluent communication in English
