Salesforce Tester – Fintech (Manual / Functional)

Senior • Remote

120 - 140 PLN

Warsaw, Poland

Are you an energetic, proactive functional testing expert looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic Fintech environment? We are seeking a business-minded Testing Support Specialist to drive manual test execution across our core Salesforce and SAP ecosystems. If you love bridging the gap between finance, business, and technology and want the freedom of a 100% remote setup across EMEA, we want to hear from you!

🔍 About the Role

⚠️ Please Note: This is a Functional / Business Manual Testing role. This is NOT an IT programming, scripting, or test automation position.

We are looking for a hands-on functional expert who navigates applications from the end-user and business perspective. In this role, you will support testing activities for new fintech product launches, focusing on Salesforce-related processes, SAP integrations, and the Order-to-Cash (OTC) chain (with a heavy emphasis on Order Management). You will act as the ultimate connector between business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical developers to ensure flawless end-to-end execution.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Test Execution & Coordination: Prepare and execute end-to-end (E2E), user acceptance (UAT), system integration, and non-regression test cycles, paying close attention to cross-system dependencies.

  • Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and process flows to design structured test scenarios, test scripts, and comprehensive test documentation.

  • Data Validation: Perform rigorous data quality, consistency, and integrity checks after data mocks and production (PROD) migrations.

  • Defect Management: Track, document, and manage defect logs using Jira. Coordinate directly with the Migration Team and technical developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate smooth communication between finance, business users, and technical teams to define testing scope, priorities, and blockers.

  • Go-Live Support: Monitor overall testing progress, deliver regular status updates, conduct root cause analysis for identified issues, and support cutover readiness.

🎯 Must-Have Requirements (Knockout Criteria)

We are running a fast-tracked selection process. Please ensure you meet all the following criteria before applying:

  • Fintech/Financial Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience working strictly within the Fintech or Financial Services sector. (Applications without this background will not be considered).

  • Tooling Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience testing within Salesforce (absolute must-have) and SAP environments.

  • Testing Style: Purely Manual / Functional Testing background. We need someone who excels at understanding business logic, not writing automation scripts.

  • Availability: Full-time availability with the ability to officially start no later than June 1st, 2026.

  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; you must be highly comfortable coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Proactive Mindset: An energetic, self-driven personality with the confidence to manage stakeholders and push projects past blockers.

💡 Nice to Have

  • Functional understanding of SAP BRIM or complex billing system integrated environments.

  • Strong familiarity with Agile delivery models and Jira.

  • Prior experience with formal UAT governance and business testing coordination.

  • Background in data migration testing or financial process reconciliation.

🎁 What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere within the EMEA region (with a preference for Barcelona).

  • Onsite Team Events: Paid travel for onsite team gatherings and events every 2–4 months to stay connected.

  • Structured Onboarding: Complete shadowing and structured onboarding support from day one.

  • High-Impact Project: A critical role in a major fintech transformation project with a strong potential for extension.

🚀 Recruitment Process

Our process is quick, transparent, and fully remote:

  1. First Interview: Initial technical & competence screening (in English).

  2. Second Interview: Final business stakeholder alignment and project deep-dive (in English).
