Summary
We are seeking an experienced Non-Functional Testing Expert to join our teams working in the SAFe methodology and responsible for comprehensive non-functional testing in an enterprise environment. The role includes designing testing strategies, executing performance and reliability tests, and collaborating with multiple technology teams to optimize solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Collaboration in Agile / SAFe teams
Gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements (NFR) with stakeholders
Creating non-functional testing strategies for releases (performance, resilience, reliability)
Planning and executing tests based on risk analysis
Designing and maintaining performance tests and scripts (LoadRunner/JMeter/Gatling)
Executing performance, resilience, and stability tests
Identifying performance issues and collaborating with technical teams for optimization
Managing defects (prioritization, collaboration on resolution)
Working with external and distributed teams
Creating test reports and presenting results to stakeholders
Supporting deployments through monitoring validation (lower vs production environments)
Coordinating and monitoring non-functional testing activities
Improving existing testing processes
Integrating non-functional tests with CI/CD pipeline
Key Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 7 years of testing experience, including at least 5 years in non-functional testing
