We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for developing and supporting digital fleet management platforms used across multiple countries.

In this role you will ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of digital platforms throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product Teams, Cloud Engineering, and QA communities to embed performance best practices into delivery teams and support the industrialization and standardization of performance testing across the organization.

The role is based in Warsaw and offers a hybrid working model.

Your tasks

  • Designing and implementing performance testing strategies aligned with product architecture
  • Integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency
  • Defining performance acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Developing and maintaining automated load, stress, endurance, and scalability test scenarios
  • Analyzing application and infrastructure behavior under load to identify performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system scalability, resilience, and overall performance
  • Defining, measuring, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including latency, throughput, response times, and resource utilization
  • Partnering with Operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to validate system stability and production readiness
  • Developing reusable test assets, datasets, CI/CD pipelines, and automation templates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance engineering or testing
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, and Gatling
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, workload modeling, and capacity planning
  • Experience analyzing application logs, system metrics, and identifying performance bottlenecks
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace and Elasticsearch
  • Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines is a strong advantage
  • Fluent Polish and English
