Your role
As the Feedback Loop Lead within Capgemini, you will be responsible for structuring, operating and improving the feedback collection process for Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will manage how user insights are captured, triaged and translated into clear inputs for product and engineering teams. This role ensures that platform usage patterns, issues and enhancement requests are consolidated, prioritized and shared consistently with the relevant streams
Your tasks
Maintaining the feedback intake process, ensuring consistent collection and classification of user insights.
Triaging, grouping and clarifying feedback items to support prioritization discussions with product and engineering leads.
Consolidating recurring themes, pain points and improvement opportunities into clear outcomes for the feature intake process.
Ensuring smooth coordination with stream leads when feedback requires investigation, follow‑up or cross‑team alignment.
Monitoring trends and patterns in feedback to identify systemic issues and support decision‑making for future enhancements.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, UX, Data or a related field.
Experience working with feedback management, product operations, or user‑insight processes in digital platforms.
Strong ability to analyze qualitative inputs, identify patterns and translate them into structured, actionable outcomes.
Comfortable working with product, engineering, UX and support teams to clarify issues and track follow‑ups.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and process consistency.
Hands‑on experience with feedback tools, tracking dashboards or ticketing systems is a plus.
