Budować modele, które działają na produkcji - projektujesz, trenujesz i wdrażasz modele predykcyjne (pricing dynamiczny, rekomendacje, matching ofert i użytkowników) w skali tysięcy transakcji dziennie.
Rozwijać systemy rekomendacyjne i ranking - tworzysz modele learning-to-rank, optymalizujesz kolejność i trafność wyników, budujesz embeddingi użytkowników i ofert w oparciu o dane behawioralne, kontekstowe i historyczne.
Eksperymentować z najnowszymi podejściami - masz przestrzeń na testowanie rozwiązań opartych na deep learningu, szeregach czasowych, GenAI i LLM-ach do kontekstowych rekomendacji i profilowania użytkowników.
Współpracować z zespołem MLOps - wspólnie dbasz o to, żeby modele działały stabilnie i skalowalnie zarówno w trybie online, jak i offline.
Monitorować i optymalizować - ciągle ewaluujesz jakość prognoz i rekomendacji, identyfikujesz dryft i wprowadzasz usprawnienia.

Czego oczekujemy?
Min. 2 lata doświadczenia jako Data Scientist lub w pokrewnej roli.
Solidna znajomość algorytmów ML, Deep Learning, Learning-to-Rank i najlepszych praktyk ich stosowania.
Biegłość w Pythonie i ekosystemie Data Science (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost, PyTorch lub TensorFlow).
