We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join an innovative AI initiative for a client in a highly regulated industry. The project focuses on transforming a periodic monitoring tool into a near real-time, daily intelligence platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Ingestion Pipeline Development:
  Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and cloud-based data platforms to ingest data from diverse sources such as RSS feeds, APIs, and web scraping.
• Data Platform Architecture:
  Manage raw data structures and ensure seamless data flow between ingestion pipelines and downstream applications.
• LLM Integration & Optimization:
  Implement and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to categorize, summarize, and extract advanced insights (“Reasoning Modelling”) from unstructured data.
• LLM Ops:
  Establish monitoring frameworks for model performance, including hallucination detection, and implement continuous improvement loops based on expert feedback.
• Scalability & Automation:
  Support the transition to a fully automated 24-hour processing cycle within the data platform ecosystem.

 

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Programming:
  Expert-level Python, particularly in data processing and AI orchestration.
• Data Engineering:
  Strong experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in modern data platforms.
• AI / NLP:
  Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Web Data Ingestion:
  Proficiency in handling RSS feeds, APIs, and both structured and unstructured web data.
• DevOps / LLM Ops:
  Familiarity with version control (Git) and deploying AI models into production environments.
