We are looking for you to join our team in Białystok, Poland immediately or upon availability in a 100% capacity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform & Lead Hardware Development: Spearhead and participate to specification, end-to-end design, development, documentation and verification of innovative electronic hardware, including analog, digital, and power electronic circuits.

  • PCB Design & Layout: Create complex printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring adherence to best practices for signal integrity, manufacturability, and EMC/EMI compliance.

  • Prototyping & Validation: Participate in the assembly, testing, and characterization of prototypes to validate design performance against all technical requirements.

  • Take Ownership: Participate in engineering best practices, contribute to team development, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

  • Research & Innovation: Actively engage in research and development activities to explore and implement next-generation technologies and systems.

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree in Electronics 

  • Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar electronic engineering or hardware design role.

  • Core Expertise: Proficient in the design and development of analog and digital electronics, power systems, and sensor integration.

  • Tools Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.

  • Firmware Skills: Experience with C programming and other firmware languages for microcontrollers.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of EMC/EMI principles, measurement techniques, and use of advanced testing equipment.

  • Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges effectively. Hands-on mentality.

  • Education: University degree in Electronics 

  • Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar electronic engineering or hardware design role.

  • Language: Fully professional in English for technical communication and documentation.
