What you will be doing:
As part of the Global Endpoint Solutions team, you will support more than 9,000 users across 100+ sites worldwide. You will design, implement, and manage our mobile device management landscape, working closely with IT teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Your key responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage mobile device management for iOS, iPadOS, and Android using Microsoft Intune
Administer and support Jamf for Apple device management, integrated with corporate identity and security systems
Manage the full lifecycle of mobile devices (enrollment, configuration, compliance, app deployment, and security policies)
Configure and maintain Intune compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and conditional access
Strengthen our mobile security posture through device hardening, data protection, and endpoint security integration
Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex MDM‑related issues
Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, and Audit to ensure regulatory and corporate alignment
Build POCs, evaluate new technologies, and deliver recommendations
Support automation and operational improvements through scripting and process optimization
What you need to succeed:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for managing iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices
Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro or other Jamf solutions
Solid understanding of enterprise enrollment methods (ADE, ABM, Managed Google Play, Zero‑touch, etc.)
Experience with device compliance, configuration profiles, and mobile application lifecycle management
Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and identity-based access controls
Background in supporting enterprise mobile environments in large, international organizations
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for mobile device and MDM-related issues
Knowledge of workspace security and endpoint protection integration
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) considered an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
Certifications in Intune, Endpoint Manager, or similar (nice to have)
Jamf certifications (100/200/300) are a plus
Experience with modern workplace or enterprise mobility transformation projects
Experience working in complex, global enterprise environments
