We’re Hiring: DAM Specialist – Remote / International Project

We are looking for a DAM Platform Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and evolving enterprise DAM platforms, ideally Bynder, within global Digital and Marketing ecosystems.

This role is focused on the technical administration, configuration, governance, optimization, and integration of the DAM platform across the full digital asset lifecycle. The profile should combine DAM operational ownership with platform governance and cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Marketing, Content, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the DAM platform (preferably Bynder).

• Configure and manage DAM workflows, metadata schemas, taxonomies, permissions, user groups, roles, and governance standards.

• Support and oversee DAM integrations with CMS platforms, APIs, MarTech tools, and connected digital ecosystems.

• Manage asset lifecycle processes including ingestion, archiving, versioning, renditions, publishing, and compliance standards.

• Partner with Development teams, architects, vendors, and Product stakeholders to support DAM enhancements and platform evolution initiatives.

• Monitor platform usage, adoption, operational KPIs, licensing, and performance to drive continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot DAM operational issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.

• Create and maintain DAM documentation, governance processes, training materials, and best practices.

• Support DAM migrations, platform enhancements, metadata cleanup initiatives, and process optimization activities.

• Ensure scalability, consistency, governance, and data quality across global DAM operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with DAM platforms in enterprise environments.

• Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring Bynder or similar DAM platforms.

• Experience configuring metadata models, taxonomies, workflows, permissions, user/group structures, and governance frameworks.

• Good understanding of DAM integrations, APIs, CMS platforms, SSO, and MarTech ecosystems.

• Experience collaborating with Development teams, architects, and technical stakeholders in international environments.

• Strong understanding of digital asset lifecycle management, governance, and DAM operational processes.

• Experience supporting DAM migrations, onboarding, adoption, or transformation initiatives is highly valued.
