Description

You will pioneer and lead the Rheumatology division, a brand-new service line designed to shape rheumatologic care on Long Island. This is an opportunity to build your own division with the resources and support of an established, fast-growing musculoskeletal group, including immediate access to a large referral network. The role includes practice infrastructure support and growth opportunities such as in-house diagnostics and infusion therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Rheumatology division
• Provide rheumatology care across a broad spectrum of diseases (e.g., RA, axSpA, osteoporosis)
• Collaborate closely with pain management physicians
• Help expand services such as in-house diagnostics and infusion therapy

Requirements

• BC/BE Rheumatologist (Board-Certified/Board-Eligible)
• Motivated self-starter comfortable building and shaping a new division
• Interest in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment
• Desire to treat a broad range of rheumatologic conditions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership aspirations
