• Compensation: Base salary $280,000/year; total $320,000–$340,000 with productivity bonuses

Description

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist for a physician-led, collaborative practice in the Woodbridge/Stafford area. This is a 100% outpatient role with no call, nights, or weekends, supported by on-site imaging, infusion, DEXA, ultrasound, and laboratory services. Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult rheumatology care in an outpatient practice (20–22 patients/day)
• Diagnose and manage rheumatologic conditions
• Leverage on-site ancillary services (imaging, infusion, DEXA, ultrasound, labs) to support patient care

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Availability for Monday–Friday clinic schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Willingness to work in a 100% outpatient setting
