Description

Join an expanding, hospital-employed urology group providing full-spectrum urologic care—from office procedures to advanced robotic surgeries—within a respected regional health system. The role offers a manageable work-life balance with a single-site practice, 1:6 weekend call, and support from APPs and hospitalists. Compensation includes a $650,000 base salary guarantee with potential wRVU bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide urologic care across the full spectrum, from office-based procedures to advanced surgical care

• Perform robotic prostatectomy and partial nephrectomy

• Participate in the 1:6 weekend call rotation

• Collaborate with an APP and hospitalist support network

• Participate in teaching opportunities with affiliated medical education programs

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Urology board certification or eligibility

• Ability to perform full-spectrum urology care, including robotic procedures
