Description

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians are sought to join growing practices in Durham and Raleigh. Work in an outpatient-only setting with physician leadership and a collaborative care team (case managers, hospitalists, pharmacists, social workers, palliative care specialists, home health partners, and 24/7 nurse triage). The practice emphasizes clinical autonomy and aims to reduce administrative burden.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to an adult patient population
• Deliver care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary support team
• Manage day-to-day patient needs while maintaining an outpatient-focused workflow
• Participate in a light call schedule (approximately once monthly)

Requirements

• MD/DO
• Active license
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
