Description

Millennium Physician Group is seeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join growing practices in Durham and Raleigh. You’ll work with a collaborative care team to reduce administrative burden and focus on patient care. The role offers strong compensation and benefits, including productivity-based pay, shared-savings bonuses, equity potential, and a $20k sign-on.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adult patients in an outpatient practice

• Deliver patient-focused care with support from a multidisciplinary team (case managers, hospitalists, pharmacists, social workers, palliative care specialists, home health partners, and 24/7 nurse triage)

• Participate in a light call schedule (once monthly)

Requirements

• MD/DO

• Active license

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
