Description

Join a multi-subspecialty neurology clinic in West Knoxville offering a strong work-life balance and an administrative model designed to keep physicians focused on patient care. The role includes standard outpatient neurology and the option to develop a memory disorders/dementia focus. Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible (board-eligible completion within one year).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neurological care during standard business hours

• Manage daily outpatient patient volume and grow gradually with follow-ups

• Perform EMG and EEG (neurophysiology training highly preferred)

• Optionally develop a specialty focus on memory disorders and dementia

• Work primarily from the West Knoxville location, with optional additional coverage at a second location for extra compensation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

• Board-eligible candidates must complete certification within one year

• Strong clinical alignment and cultural fit with a patient-centered organization

Benefits

• Base salary: $300,000

• Performance-based RVU bonus: up to $100,000

• Sign-on & relocation: negotiable sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
