Description

You’ll join the maintenance and development team working close to customers and L2 Support. The role is end-to-end: analyze incoming client/support requests, implement and deploy fixes for both UI and server logic, and continuously improve code quality. Backend tasks in Scala will be gradually introduced with mentoring—no Scala knowledge required at day one.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs and develop smaller features in a React + TypeScript application

• Analyze client and L2 Support requests and diagnose issues

• Gradually take over backend tasks in Scala

• Improve code quality as part of ongoing changes

• Participate in code reviews

• Propose improvements that reduce workload for customers and support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with React + TypeScript

• Practical knowledge of Zustand and React Hook Form

• Experience with MUI

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience working with REST APIs

• Ability to work in a large, existing codebase

• Motivation to grow toward backend and Scala

Nice to have

• Backend experience with Scala, Kotlin, Java, or other JVM languages

• OpenAPI knowledge

• Basic SQL (PostgreSQL)

• Experience with finance/accounting systems

• Experience using AI tools that support developer work

• Testing experience (Vitest, Testing Library)
