Description

Join a team working on an online shop platform built with a micro-frontend architecture. You will deliver features end to end, from the React UI to the Java backend, including reactive services and integrations with internal and customer/contract data systems. The platform is entering a scaling and modernization phase with legacy shop migration, technical debt reduction, and AI-driven development using coding agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop the online shop platform using a micro-frontend architecture

• Own features end to end (React UI and Java backend)

• Build backend services in Java with Spring Boot and WebFlux

• Integrate the shop with internal services and customer/contract data systems

• Migrate legacy shops and reduce technical debt

• Use AI coding agents as the primary way of working

Requirements

• Several years of commercial experience in web application development at a senior level

• Java 8+ (familiarity with Java 25); Spring Boot (familiarity with Spring Boot 4); REST APIs

• Reactive programming with Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor (or similar)

• React, TypeScript, HTML, and NPM; comfortable working on frontend and backend

• JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, JPA/Hibernate, Git

• XML processing (XSLT, XPath, XQuery)

• Kubernetes and Docker

• Microservices and distributed systems

• Daily work with AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar)

• English at B2 level or higher
