Description

DevOps Engineer role focused on creating and maintaining secure, scalable AWS infrastructure while automating deployments using best practices. You will support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Managed Services and AEM as a Cloud Service, implement CI/CD via GitHub, and collaborate with IT security teams for compliance. The position also includes monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure with high availability, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Automate code deployment and ensure smooth, routine release processes; collaborate with development teams to streamline pipelines

• Support management and optimization of AEM Managed Services and AEM as a Cloud Service for performance and scalability

• Implement security controls with IT security teams, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with cloud security standards

• Set up monitoring for proactive issue detection and perform root-cause analysis for performance/infrastructure problems

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configuration, deployment processes, and operational workflows; promote DevOps best practices

• Use GitHub for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor and optimize cloud usage to control costs while maintaining performance

Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in cloud environments, including AEM Managed Services and AEM as a Cloud Service

• Proficiency with GitHub for code management (PRs, branching strategies, repository management)

• Solid experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline)

• Experience implementing security best practices and meeting security requirements in cloud environments

• Strong knowledge of automation and scripting languages for IaC and process automation (e.g., Python, Shell, Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex cloud-based issues

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with development, security, and operations teams
