Description

You will administer, maintain, and develop SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365), including planning and executing site/app migrations. You will also monitor and optimize SharePoint server farms, customize sites using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and built-in SharePoint features, and resolve advanced incidents. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and produce technical documentation and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)

• Plan and execute migrations of SharePoint sites and applications

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize SharePoint server farms

• Customize sites using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and SharePoint built-in features

• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems and handle incidents

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on planning and implementing new solutions

• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and user instructions

Requirements

• Professional experience or IT education

• Very good knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft environments

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2025 and SQL Server

• Practical knowledge of PowerShell and SharePoint Workflows

• Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate

• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical problems

• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Communication skills, independence, and collaboration with business and IT teams

• Willingness for business travel and occasional work outside standard hours
