Description

On the AI Experiences team, you build AI-powered tools used daily by marketing and creative teams and AI foundations that help engineers ship faster. You will own features end to end—from frontend interfaces that stream, structure, and explain AI-generated content to tooling that enables AI coding agents to build correctly with the design system. The role connects frontend engineering with applied AI by translating AI direction into shipped work and defining schemas that connect models to UI.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend features end to end, from UI through the integration with AI-generated content

• Build interfaces for streaming, structuring, and explaining AI-generated outputs

• Define schemas and data contracts connecting AI models to UI

• Build tooling that helps AI coding agents generate on-brand results using the design system

• Guide engineers as underlying AI capabilities evolve

Requirements

• 5+ years building production applications with TypeScript, React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including responsive layouts

• 2+ years building interfaces that consume AI/ML model outputs (LLM responses, structured generation, streaming APIs, or real-time inference)

• Experience with real-time data handling (SSE, WebSockets, NDJSON/JSONL, incremental rendering, or progressive content delivery)

• Experience defining or consuming structured schemas and data contracts (GraphQL incl. federated graphs, JSON Schema, OpenAPI, or TypeBox)

• Experience with application performance optimization and caching

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and ability to review and integrate generated code

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
