Description

You will own the design and delivery of user-facing experiences for the company’s AI products, building polished, accessible, performant, production-grade interfaces in React and TypeScript. You will lead the frontend technical direction, mentor engineers, and use AI/agentic development tooling (such as Claude) to ship faster. You may also work in Go on backend services and APIs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own user-facing features in React and TypeScript (polished, accessible, performant, production-ready)
• Set frontend technical direction and quality bar; support engineers through mentorship and code review
• Use AI and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude) fluently to move quickly and establish best practices for AI-assisted development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and implement new experiences from inception to delivery
• Contribute to product and technical roadmaps and broader engineering direction
• Craft and maintain user-facing technical documentation
• When needed, dip into Go to extend backend services and APIs behind your features
• Help shape engineering culture and ensure high standards across the organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience as a software engineer with deep specialization in frontend development
• Expert-level React and TypeScript; strong UX, performance, and accessibility judgment
• Proven ability to use AI and agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude) to increase shipping efficiency
• Leadership experience: setting technical standards, mentoring, and driving technical decisions
• Demonstrated track record shipping production-grade frontend at scale
• Working proficiency in Go (or ability to become productive quickly)
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous prioritization
• Customer-centric, empathetic mindset toward users
• English proficiency for both informal and formal communication
• Fintech/fraud/compliance/risk/regulated systems experience is preferred
