Description

Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites and SharePoint Online web-based solutions that support business and operational needs. Translate functional requirements into effective technical designs, write and test code, and deliver user-friendly solutions while collaborating with analysts, designers, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements and recommend system design solutions and procedures

• Design and create SharePoint sites and pages; recommend improvements

• Conduct impact analysis and produce detailed specifications before coding

• Create/implement capabilities based on approved designs and specifications

• Perform unit testing and document results to support formal testing

• Adhere to configuration change control standards and provide input to training materials

• Review existing code/configuration to determine best implementation approach

• Provide direct end-user support: requirements gathering, demos, and user assistance

Requirements

• Secret security clearance; eligibility to access classified information; ability to “ship”

• Active DoD clearance preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in related field + 2+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years relevant experience without a Bachelor’s degree

• Visual Studio 2013 or higher

• SQL experience (tables, SQL statements, stored procedures)

• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, jQuery, and SharePoint O365

• Experience with Windows 2012 and IIS 8.0
