Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain websites, web applications, and application databases. Responsibilities include building user-friendly interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs and backend services, optimizing performance and scalability, and ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices. You’ll also use web frameworks and client-side coding to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain websites, web applications, and application databases

• Ensure code is structured properly and adheres to industry standards for cross-browser/device compatibility

• Optimize website performance, scalability, and server-side code and processes

• Integrate websites with other computer applications and develop website infrastructure

• Design intuitive user interfaces, navigation, and digital layouts

• Use web frameworks and client-side coding to improve user experience

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering (Web Design and Development)

• Experience with web development: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, CSS

• Experience designing, developing, or integrating RESTful APIs and backend services

• Working knowledge of SQL databases (queries, schema design, data integration)

• Familiarity with Git-based version control (branching, merging, collaboration)

• Experience writing, updating, and maintaining efficient, testable, well-documented code

• Basic familiarity with Linux environments, command-line operations, or Bash scripting
