Description

You will analyze user needs and define requirements for a Knowledge Base, then create functional and technical concepts for stakeholders. The role focuses on designing and implementing integrations with SharePoint Online and internal systems using .NET, plus supporting testing, deployments, and business acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and identify requirements for the Knowledge Base
• Develop solution concepts and functional specifications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, and the development team
• Prepare and present technical solution concepts to stakeholders and project teams
• Design integrations with SharePoint Online and internal systems
• Implement selected solution components in .NET
• Support testing, deployments, and business acceptance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 projects
• At least 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and IT solution design
• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Good knowledge of C#
• Good knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online
• Good knowledge of REST API
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
• Ability to prepare analytical and technical documentation
• Ability to model business processes
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of Git
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Communicative English
