Description

As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will deliver advisory and implementation services to address business needs across client organizations. The role includes full lifecycle planning, design, and build—covering requirements documentation, application configuration, unit testing, training, and post-production support. You will also help define future-state processes aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full life cycle implementations (planning, design, build)
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
• Provide post-production support
• Support requirements identification, functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in consulting or client service at a national level
• Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP or similar applications
• Industry-recognized professional certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications
• Proven ability delivering complex, time-sensitive projects
• Strong leadership skills for meetings and technically oriented documentation
• Ability to assess current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%)

• Base salary range: $169,280–$226,412 (placement based on multiple factors including skills, experience, and business needs)
