Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automation systems and backend services that improve productivity and reliability. You will also build lightweight, purpose-built web applications for domain-specific internal needs, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. You will help analyze cross-functional workflows and implement scalable automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and backend services
• Build custom lightweight web applications for internal teams
• Apply AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to improve delivery speed and consistency
• Identify opportunities to automate or optimize manual processes across teams
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations to align automation with real workflows
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve tools, infrastructure, and processes

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals
• Experience or interest in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
• Curiosity about LLMs and applied AI (prompt design, APIs, or workflow automation)
• Exposure to development environments like Cursor or IDEs that integrate AI tools
• Experience in AI agentic workflows (context window management, dynamic skill sets, orchestration patterns)
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
