Description

Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end components while owning backend services and APIs for a global, business-critical marketing platform that spans a traditional Sitecore system and a modern decoupled experience. Configure Sitecore content structures and bridge legacy and modern systems as the team expands headless expertise. Support production operations with monitoring and troubleshooting across integrations and application health.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive front-end components and pages using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and SCSS; implement accessible, production-ready UI from Figma specs
• Independently configure and author Sitecore items and content structures
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js (REST and GraphQL), including authentication/authorization logic, backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers, and third-party service integration
• Work within Docker-based local development and with SQL/relational databases for data access and troubleshooting
• Manage and troubleshoot website integrations (analytics, tagging, third-party services), and handle bot detection/mitigation at the CDN/edge layer; support global/multi-region operations
• Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, availability, security) and monitor/troubleshoot production health using Splunk, Datadog, and other APM tools
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code); participate in Agile delivery via Azure DevOps

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full stack web development with deep hands-on experience across front-end (React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, SCSS) and back-end (Node.js, APIs/GraphQL)
• Practical hands-on Sitecore experience, including ASP.NET MVC/headful development, plus converting Figma mockups into production-ready front-end code
• Required: GraphQL; hands-on Node.js API design/build experience (REST and GraphQL) with authentication/authorization patterns and BFF architecture
• Familiarity with SQL/relational databases and experience working in Docker-based development environments
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) alongside strong React/TypeScript/JavaScript foundations
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps in Agile teams; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Authorization to work in the role’s country without future sponsorship
