• Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Day/Evening, variable shifts

• Weekend: Every other weekend

Description

Provide direct and indirect patient care to urgent care clinic patients and their families using nursing processes for comprehensive patient assessment, development and implementation of nursing care plans, patient education, and ongoing evaluation. Deliver care based on theoretical principles and scientific knowledge within the scope of the California Nurse Practice Act and PAMF nursing care policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• RN-Registered Nurse of California upon hire

• BLS (Healthcare Provider) upon hire

• ACLS (Healthcare Provider)

• PALS (Healthcare Provider)

• Preferred: 1 year of clinical experience; recent experience strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Ability to accept, adapt to, and evaluate change

• Basic computer knowledge and skills

• Ability to work as a team member and take on a leadership role when appropriate
