Description

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for network segmentation between the DORA MSI Network Segmentation program, application owners, application vendors, and application teams. Coordinate stakeholders and work to implement consistent network segmentation controls. Lead identification, documentation, verification, and analysis of application-to-application communication flows and connectivity requirements, while supporting project documentation and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for network segmentation across DORA MSI, application owners, vendors, and application teams

• Coordinate stakeholder collaboration and ensure consistent implementation approach

• Communicate DORA-driven requirements, program goals, deployment timelines, and expected business outcomes

• Identify, document, verify, and analyze communication flows between applications, dependencies, and connectivity needs

• Run workshops and working sessions to validate connectivity requirements, business needs, and readiness for implementation

• Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, infrastructure teams, risk management, and application teams on segmentation solutions

• Coordinate segmentation plans per application, milestones, deployment activities, dependencies, risk mitigations, and required stakeholder approvals

• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance levels; escalate blockers

• Support preparation and validation of project solution documents (SDD), firewall rule changes, segmentation rule sets, governance/supervision documentation, and implementation documentation

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, network segmentation principles, change management requirements, operational resilience goals, and DORA

• Prepare progress reports covering risk mitigation, unresolved issues, and delivery KPIs for oversight bodies and senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering IT projects, cybersecurity programs, infrastructure transformations, network security, or operational resilience initiatives in large organizations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior management, application owners, technical teams, and external partners

• Documented experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and governance/supervision requirements

• Solid knowledge of network segmentation, firewall technologies, network communication flows, application connectivity, least privilege, security zones, and trust boundaries

• Experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and planning project delivery

• Ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into implementation plans

• Practical experience managing risk, issues, and dependencies and reporting progress in large regulatory or transformation programs

• Very good written communication skills for oversight materials, implementation plans, and executive status reports

• Ability to work independently, proactively drive actions, and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
