Description

You will support DORA implementation by translating DORA and Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) requirements into actionable measures, processes, and controls. The role includes performing regulatory gap assessments, evaluating compliance, and supporting Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity Management initiatives. You will independently lead workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and help identify gaps, risks, and remediation areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret DORA requirements, including Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS)

• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable measures, processes, and controls

• Perform regulatory gap assessments and assess adherence to regulatory requirements

• Support Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)

• Contribute to Operational Resilience and ICT Risk activities

• Identify regulatory gaps, risks, and remediation needs

• Independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across different seniority levels

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience at Senior/SME level

• Hands-on experience with DORA implementation

• Strong knowledge of DORA and RTS

• Prior experience in banking or another financial institution

• Practical experience with BCM

• Experience with Crisis Management, ITSCM, and Operational Resilience

• Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating compliance

• Knowledge of Risk Management and IT Compliance

• Experience independently leading workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Very good command of English
