Description

We are seeking a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer to help build an enterprise pricing application that replaces Excel-based workflows. This AI-native, agent-driven initiative produces production-quality code and supports an international rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions
• Direct, challenge, and validate AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle
• Critically review AI-generated code to identify architectural weak points, security concerns, and quality risks
• Design and work with relational databases, data models, and enterprise-grade architectures
• Deliver complete features rapidly while upholding engineering standards and testing practices
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Extensive backend engineering experience, preferably in the Java/JVM ecosystem
• Proven full-stack capabilities across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Experience building and operating complex web applications in production for enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and relational database design
• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agentic development workflows, plus strong code review skills for correctness, security, and architecture
• Ability to deliver complete features independently and learn unfamiliar business domains quickly
• Comfortable working at pace and making pragmatic, well-reasoned technical decisions
