Description

Support the client in analysing, designing, and implementing e-invoicing requirements within an international SAP environment. Translate business and legal/regulatory requirements into SAP solutions and integrate with external e-invoicing platforms/authorities. Work with SAP functional, integration, and technical teams and present recommendations to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse local e-invoicing and regulatory requirements

• Translate business and legal requirements into SAP solutions

• Support solution design and integration with external e-invoicing platforms/authorities

• Collaborate with SAP functional, integration, and technical teams

• Run workshops, support requirements gathering, and solution discussions

• Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential implementation risks

• Support testing, deployment, and business readiness

• Present recommendations and solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant

• Senior-level consulting experience in international environments

• Hands-on e-invoicing experience in at least one country (e.g., KSeF, SDI, Chorus Pro, SII, RO e-Factura, or other local models)

• Good understanding of SAP processes related to invoicing and financial/tax compliance

• Ability to understand both business process and technical/integration implications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to confidently explain and defend proposed solutions

• Fluent English

• Availability to work within European business hours
