Description

The SAP VIM Consultant will work long-term on an automotive project, handling configuration, maintenance, and support for SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management). Responsibilities include optimizing invoice-processing workflows, integrating SAP VIM with SAP FI and SAP MM, and supporting incidents through root-cause analysis, testing, and hypercare/production support. You will also create and update functional and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP VIM solutions

• Optimize invoice processing workflows

• Integrate SAP VIM with SAP FI and SAP MM modules

• Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and troubleshoot problems

• Test solutions and provide hypercare and production support

• Create and keep up functional and process documentation

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and onshore/offshore teams

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of SAP experience, including practical SAP VIM experience

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC

• Strong understanding of invoice processing and Accounts Payable processes

• Good understanding of integration between SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP VIM

• Experience with SAP VIM configuration, support, and troubleshooting

• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and propose stable solutions

• Experience with testing, hypercare support, and production support

• Ability to produce functional and process documentation

• English B2–C1

• Preferred availability ASAP; acceptable notice period up to one month effective at month-end
