Description

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple services and applications, manage production Kubernetes clusters, and automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (primarily Terraform and Helm). Contribute to a shift-left DevOps culture, define the platform direction, and uphold high engineering quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure

• Create, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for many services and applications

• Manage Kubernetes clusters in a demanding production environment

• Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm

• Promote DevOps and shift-left practices during software delivery

• Align infrastructure initiatives with business goals (insurance domain)

• Ensure quality, performance, and engineering standards with developers

• Share knowledge and mentor other engineers

Requirements

• 3–4 years of commercial experience in infrastructure-related roles (DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineer)

• Practical, in-depth Azure knowledge (AKS, App Services, KeyVault, VMs, Storage)

• Expert production Kubernetes management experience

• Solid IaC experience (Terraform, Helm)

• Ability to build CI/CD processes independently (preferably Azure DevOps)

• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and distributed systems architecture

• Practical knowledge of observability/monitoring platforms

• Ability to initiate work independently, make architectural decisions, and communicate in English
