Description

Build and manage the Azure foundation platform to enable application deployments. Engineer Azure solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform), integrate centrally provided cloud services, and manage networking and connectivity. Ensure secure-by-design delivery and compliance with security and operational risk standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an Azure foundation platform for application deployments

• Implement Azure solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)

• Execute the functional pattern lifecycle (design, document, develop, maintain code library)

• Integrate, configure, deploy, and manage centrally provided cloud services (IAM, networking, monitoring, OS, Containers)

• Manage Azure connectivity and networking (ExpressRoute, DNS, IP allocation, traffic routing, NSG, Azure Firewall)

• Ensure compliance with security and operational risk standards (network, firewall, OS, logging, monitoring, availability, resiliency)

Requirements

• Experience building a range of services in Azure

• Expert understanding of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts

• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines across multiple technology stacks

• Knowledge of Security and Compliance (IAM, cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools)

• Strong customer/stakeholder focus and ability to build relationships with cross-functional IT teams
