Description

DevOps Engineer needed for a project migrating an existing Structured Finance banking application to Microsoft Azure, including redesign and implementing a fully automated software delivery process. You will design and build CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and orchestrate them with Kubernetes across development, test, and production. You will also handle monitoring, security mechanisms, cloud cost controls, and deliver cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, and deployment stages, including selecting tools and technologies per stage

• Containerize applications in Docker and configure Kubernetes orchestration for development, test, and production environments

• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and control Azure cloud costs against defined thresholds

• Implement security mechanisms at every production stage, including access management and vulnerability assessment

• Build cloud infrastructure using Terraform and co-create the target architecture for the Azure migration

• Automate environment and deployment configurations to reduce manual errors and ensure consistency

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience delivering services as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar position

• Practical knowledge of Azure for cloud application design, access management, and service separation

• Proficiency in Python scripting and knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins)

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration

• Fluent Polish
