Description

You will design, build, and continuously improve automated CI/CD processes and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), with a strong emphasis on secure development practices (DevSecOps) and GitOps. The role includes building and maintaining platform solutions in Azure or GCP, supporting development teams with standards and best practices, and producing technical documentation. You will also actively apply AI tooling and GenAI/LLM concepts (Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, and agent orchestration) to improve workflows and products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD automation solutions; continuously improve and automate SDLC processes.

• Create, maintain, and develop tools, standards, and environments supporting development and testing.

• Build and maintain cloud platform solutions on Azure/GCP and work with cloud services.

• Support developer teams in aligning projects with process and platform standards; define guidelines and best practices for new IT systems.

• Implement and develop SDLC-supporting tools and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD process building, maintenance, and improvement.

• Experience with GitOps and tools enabling secure software manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of Docker.

• Linux/Unix administration skills.

• Ability to automate infrastructure and processes using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• (Advantage) Knowledge of Kubernetes.

• Experience working with Azure or GCP public cloud.

• Proficiency with at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, JavaScript, or Groovy.

• Active use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, M365 Copilot).

• Experience with GenAI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, LiteLLM, or Hugging Face.

• Knowledge of LLM and Prompt Engineering, including RAG and MCP.

• Experience creating and orchestrating AI agents.

• Strong interest in following AI progress and finding new ways to apply it in team work and products.
