Description

You will ensure development and operations work together efficiently—from integration to deployments. The role includes building CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure and applications with Terraform using a GitOps approach, and operating scalable and stable cloud environments. You’ll also develop monitoring/logging and help improve system performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Git-based workflows)

• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform under GitOps for infrastructure and applications

• Operate cloud environments (primarily Azure/AKS), ensuring scalability and stability

• Monitor systems, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements

• Build monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Thanos)

• Collaborate with development teams on deployments and process improvements

• Support infrastructure security (audits and implementation of security controls)

• Troubleshoot technical issues with other teams

• Track new DevOps and cloud trends

Requirements

• Technical education (CS/Engineering) OR completed DevOps course/bootcamp OR equivalent experience

• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge and scripting (Bash, Python)

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• CI/CD experience

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools

• Basic networking knowledge

• Problem-solving and communication skills

• Independent work style with strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
