Description

You will own the service architecture, workflows, and integrations behind a Self Service Portal ecosystem, building solutions in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining automations, API integrations, and database-backed services, while supporting incident resolution, testing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows, and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem

• Analyze business needs and translate them into practical solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain services, workflows, and automations in BMC Digital Workplace (DWP), Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Design, build, and maintain API integrations between these systems

• Create, maintain, and support the databases used by the services; ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are followed

• Create and maintain workflows, forms, and service processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners, and platform teams

• Support incident resolution, testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Developer or in a similar role

• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar platforms

• Hands-on experience building services, workflows, and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Proven experience designing, building, and supporting API integrations

• Strong SQL, database design, and data modelling skills

• Experience maintaining databases and owning data-related solutions

• Understanding of data ownership, data governance, and data quality

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English
