Description

You will maintain and develop the organization’s Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on security, order, and platform stability, while automating repetitive administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Power Platform tenant and environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD): create, back up, migrate, and decommission
• Implement governance standards and clean up inactive or orphaned resources
• Maintain DLP policies and assess connector security
• Manage access in Entra ID and Dataverse according to the principle of least privilege
• Monitor the platform, handle incidents, and report
• Manage Dataverse capacity and licensing
• Run ALM and deployments from DEV → TEST/UAT → PROD
• Configure auditing and support compliance controls
• Automate administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse
• Practical knowledge of DLP policies and platform security
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and the Power Platform role model
• Very good knowledge of ALM: Solutions, Pipelines, Environment Variables, Connection References
• Knowledge of Power Platform licensing and capacity model
• Knowledge of auditing, compliance, and GDPR/RODO
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level
