Description

Build production-grade machine learning and AI solutions that address business problems such as search and recommendations, customer service automation, and fraud detection. Work on scalable implementations—from prototypes to high-performance services—using batch and streaming processing over large datasets (including cloud-based data). Apply modern SOTA AI approaches (deep learning, explainable AI, and Generative/Agentic AI) grounded in solid statistical and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to productization, delivering insights and ML models.

• Apply diverse modeling techniques including gradient boosting, Bayesian methods, causal inference, optimization, deep learning, and GenAI/LLM/agentic workflows.

• Process terabytes of data using Google Cloud Platform, handling tabular, natural language, image, and time-series data.

• Implement both offline and online models.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.

• Contribute to team growth through peer mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven production ML and SQL experience, including designing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end ML systems.

• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into well-defined ML problems.

• Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and business audiences.

• Strong coding and software engineering foundations in Python and familiarity with standard development workflows.

• Solid mathematical grounding in statistics and core ML algorithms.

• Practical and theoretical understanding of Generative AI and agentic workflows (e.g., prompting and validation), plus interest in AI-assisted coding tools.

• Quantitative degree (Math/Physics/CS/Economics or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2).

Salary range depends on skills: PLN 14,600–20,825.
