Description

Design, develop, and supervise the technical architecture of a Data Lakehouse platform, covering infrastructure, runtime environments, security, monitoring, and integration of platform components.

Define the target architecture and a 2027–2029 technology roadmap, selecting technologies and standards and ensuring alignment with the reference architecture.

Lead solution-architecture activities including technical task oversight, code review, and support for deployment to the team.

Responsibilities

• Platform architecture: define target technical architecture, create a 2027–2029 roadmap, choose technologies/standards, ensure compliance with reference architecture

• Environments & infrastructure: plan environment growth, oversee migration and production operations, manage infrastructure resource and capacity requirements, coordinate with infrastructure teams on availability, performance, and security

• Monitoring: design monitoring architecture, define standards for logging/metrics/alerts/operational dashboards, oversee monitoring tool implementation, define technical KPIs, define standards for user/environment/resource management, design operational and administrative automation mechanisms, supervise security/access policy implementation

• Integration & process architecture: design integration architecture, design the use of Apache Kafka, define component communication patterns

• Security & resilience: design high availability architecture, define DR and backup procedures, supervise infrastructure security and platform component configuration, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years as an architect

• At least 5 years of experience implementing Big Data, Data Lake, or Data Lakehouse solutions

• Higher education

• English at a communicative level
